Therapy for Professionals
-
I offer private, psychologically informed, evidenced-based therapy rooted in trauma recovery and human flourishing. These are Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach is discreet, structured, and tailored to high-achieving professionals who want clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
-
I specialise in supporting professionals, founders, executives, and other high performers who are navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, or a loss of meaning. Many clients come to me when what used to work no longer does.
-
Not at all. While I work with people facing challenges, many of my clients are stable but want deeper clarity, emotional freedom, or a reset in how they lead their lives.
-
Yes. Sessions are completely confidential, in line with professional and legal guidelines. The only exceptions are where there’s serious risk to life or safety, which we’d discuss transparently.
-
Sessions are £100 per 60-minute appointment. Some clients work with me for a few months to tackle a specific issue, while others choose to stay longer for deeper work. It’s always your choice.
-
You can expect greater emotional clarity, tools to manage stress or trauma, and a space to reconnect with who you are. Many clients also report improved relationships, confidence, and focus.

Consultancy for Founders & Leaders
-
Therapy focuses on emotional insight, healing, and long-term personal growth. It unfolds at a steady pace, where sessions evolve organically and are held within a clear ethical framework, as outlined by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. While some clients attend for a specific issue over a short period, others choose to stay for deeper, ongoing work.
Consultancy, on the other hand, is designed for founders, executives, and high-performers who want clear results, fast. It’s more directive, goal-focused, and accountability-driven. We don’t just talk about problems: we plan, act, and course-correct. Sessions are supported by follow-up emails, strategic planning tools, and sometimes real-time crisis support. While it shares a psychological foundation with therapy, consultancy is not bound by clinical protocols and is tailored to those operating at the top of their game who want traction, not just reflection.
-
Yes. Many of my consultancy clients feel a “quiet stuckness”: they’ve achieved success but don’t feel fulfilled or focused. My work helps you reconnect with purpose, energy, and direction.
-
You’ll have structured sessions where we uncover patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and strengthen your emotional leadership. It’s practical, reflective, and shaped around your business goals and personal needs.
-
Only if you want to. Some clients focus purely on professional dynamics, while others explore how personal patterns show up in leadership. I’ll meet you where you are.
-
Yes. I offer both one-off intensives and longer-term consulting partnerships. We can discuss the right fit during your initial enquiry.
