These conversations are exploratory and confidential. The aim is to understand your context and think together about whether relational strategy work is likely to be valuable in your situation. I don't use them to pitch an engagement — I use them to establish whether there's something genuinely useful here.
If there isn't, I'll say so.
What to Expect
An initial conversation typically runs around thirty minutes, by phone or video call, at a time that suits you.
There's no preparation required. Come with a sense of the challenge or context you're working with — I'll ask the questions from there.
